"YEA GOD" Moments
Growing up, the phrase "Yea God" became a coined phrase around our house. Living out in western KS, whenever we would see a breathtaking sunset (which was like everyday) my mother would clap her hands and exclaim "Yea God!" This simple, silly phrase stuck, and whenever God pulls through, or we catch a glimpse of His wonder, or we witness His beautiful creation, we still clap our hands and proclaim "Yea God!" I want this page to be filled with our "Yea God" moments. I want you to post those stories, thoughts, or moments where God revealed Himself to you. My hope is that we this will be a page to praise our Heavenly Father, and to be encouraged by other's stories. It can be a testimony, a verse, a prayer, a conversation, the calm of the rain, or anything in between. Please use this, please write, and please let us praise God with you! You never know when your "Yea God" could be a moment for someone else :).

Just had a "yea God" moment this morning! Went to chapel at Mid America to hear a son of an old family friend sing and speak. This kid use to be such a rascal....REAL rascal, but there he was in front of his peers, a lot of family, and friends giving GOd honor and praise. Great time spent in the presence of the Lord. Just had to look at that "rascal" and say YEA GOD (clapping inside, of course)!!!!
Dont want to monopolize this spot, but just had to say that you have had a wk end full of "Yea God" moments and I'm so thankful He has shown you some encouraging results to your faithfulness. Hold on my dear girl, He's so excited for you to see His full glory!!
Yea God life moment, He continues to show himself to be faithful and in control, wrapping me in His big arms of love, and pulling me gently close and whispering in my ear...let it all go, cast all your cares on Me. Surrendered, what peace. Yea God!
I tell yah what! God is just amazing! Just a couple of prayers He's answered this week:
Riley got a much needed job at Starbucks! It's not only good for the income, but there are wonderful people that work there!
I have been working everyday this week so far and I had a check come through from Olathe that I didn't think was coming for another two weeks! Finances have been tight without much work, so this is SO WONDERFUL! YEA GOD! CLAP CLAP!
